Martha Savloff
Chief Executive Officer + Founder
Martha spent 18 years in healthcare administration before discovering her passion for helping others lead healthier lives. She founded Inspire Weight Loss as a means to “pay it forward” after experiencing her own successful weight loss journey. She is a Master Certified Health Coach and operates her own Inspire Weight Loss location in Davie, FL.
Dr. Donna Pontoriero
Director of Research + Co-Founder
Dr. Pontoriero has been a licensed chiropractor for 25 years. She integrated weight loss and nutritional coaching into her practice more than 15 years ago and has since made it her primary focus at her Nutley, NJ Inspire Weight Loss location.
Dr. Marty Nalda
Director of Protocols + Co-Founder
Dr. Nalda has been a licensed chiropractor for 25 years and has always provided her clients with weight loss and nutrition coaching. She owns and operates her Inspire Weight Loss center in Lake Nona, FL.
Stewart Newman
Chief Financial Officer
Stewart worked in the banking and finance industry for more than 20 years before transitioning into venture capital and investments in 2017. He has invested in and built multiple franchise companies in a variety of spaces including technology, fitness, food service, and health & wellness.
Josh Reed
Chief Operating Officer
As a veteran operations and management professional, Josh has spent over 16 years directing operations for franchise companies with unit counts from 0 to 300+, including highly successful brands in the health, wellness, fitness, and beauty industries.
